Nandhanaa Garments is a 20+ years experienced company having seen nemerous difficult situations in Production and having provided sulutions for the same. During this journey the company has acquired tremendous knowledge in Garmeting technology and Quality know-how and undestood the best practices in the industry.
Nandhanaa Garments has a special quality program for babies and infant garments. Most of the orders are made of Organic cotton. The processing is done with OEKO Tex Class I standard dye stuff and so to speak the Formaldehyde level is always with the result of 'not found'. Expoknits has In-house Formaldehyde testing console with the know-how.
The Needle policy is updated to top industry standard. Each Production floor has one person dedicated for keeping needle accounts. The needle are maitained accurately and with past history. This way the company controls the movement of used and unused needles for a safe and confident Production.
The button pull test strength, snap button fixing strenght and the safety and protection of babies from rough and sharp areas of the garment is fully taken care off.
Every garment is passed through the metal detector machine after the final finishing just before it goes into the carton box. This area is well secured from the entry of unauthorized persons.
